Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Erin has always been drawn to the vibrant energy of the city’s hospitality scene. A proud graduate of Illinois State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in writing and brings a deep-rooted passion for all things PR and hospitality to her work. After starting her career in social media management, she also assisted with the launch of a new restaurant in Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood. That experience reminded her just how much she thrives on connecting people, brands, and stories.Outside of work, you can find Erin at her hometown Irish pub, where she bartends and serves, giving her the opportunity to connect with guests every day. Now back in the Chicago area, she spends her free time on the lakefront in the summer, walking her dog, spending time with family, or taking a CorePower Yoga class. When she’s not crafting communications strategies or attending local events, Erin loves exploring new restaurants, staying up to date on industry trends, and finding inspiration in the city that continues to spark her passion.
